1st day
Pick up service at bandaranayaka airport, transfer to a hotel in Negombo, overnight stay in Negombo
2nd day
Visit Negombo, town, fish market and beach side, overnight stay at Negombo
3rd day
Transfer to Dambulla, visit the world heritage site of Dambulla cave temple. The walls oft he different caves are beautifully painted and and there are numerous buddha statues to be seen. Overnight stay in Dambulla
4th day
Early morning trasfer to Sigiriya, visit the 2500 year old ancient fortress ruins on top oft he Lions Rock. In the afternoon, climb up Pidurangala rock on a little hiking trail. On top enjoy the breathtaking view over the country and at Sigiriya rock. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.
5th day
Transfer to Matale, visit the Aluviharaya temple and the Hindu temple, in the afternoon relax at beautiful sembuwatta Lake in the midst of green tea plantations. Overnight stay in Matale.
6th day
Transfer to Kandy, visit the Temple of the tooth, on of the most sacred buddhist places. In the afternoon enjoy nature at the famous botanical garden of peradeniya. Overnight stay in Kandy.
7th day
Early morning start the famous train ride to Ella, one of the worlds most famous and scenic journeys by train, through hills and tea plantations, the train climbing up the hills over several bridges and through tunnels. Enjoy the view on waterfalls, hill terraces, small villages and shady forests. Overnight stay at Ella.
8th day
Spend the day in Ella, take a little hiking trip to little Adams Peak or take a walk to the famous nine arch bridge. Overnight stay in Ella.
9th day
Transfer to Arugambay, stay in a nice hotel near the beach
10th day
Enjoy beach life and water sports or just relax at the beach, overnight in Arugambay
11th day
Transfer back to the airport
